After a rich career in leading consulting firms, Radia founded and directed OG IT CONSULTING, where it accompanies energy leaders (Thales / GRDF), aeronautics (Airbus), banking and insurance (AXA) to integrate cybersecurity into their transformation strategies.
She led the security of private accounts at AXA in Paris, defined a resilient security architecture at Total Paris, and deployed privilege access management solutions at GRDF in Paris, missions with high operational stakes among the largest French groups.

Present on four continents, Radia has established itself as an indispensable voice on the European and African cybersecurity scene, a panelist at the Montreal InCyber Forum, atAfrica CISO Summit of Nairobi and Cyber Africa Cotonou Forum.
